We strive to provide you with professional, courteous and timely medical and orthopaedic care. We DO NOT overbook appointments. We do so in an effort to respect your schedule and to minimize the waiting times that have unfortunately become routine practice in the doctor's office and hospital settings. While unforseen circumstances can arise, we take several active steps to ensure that waiting more than 15 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time is the rare exception rather than the rule. Two such steps are that...

- Dr. Betsy Does Not Schedule Elective Surgery On The Days He See Patients In The Office

- Dr. Betsy Does Not Take Emergency Room Call On The Days He See Patients In The Office

In return, we ask that you show up on time for your appointments and call for cancellations as soon as you become aware of the need to do so. This allows us to open up appointment times for patients who may be trying to be seen on a more emergent basis. We also ask that you do not show up excessively early for appointments- while we can often accomodate you we cannot guarantee such short wait times if you arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If it is your first time coming to our office we do ask that you show up 20-30 minutes ahead of time to fill out registration paperwork. You can reduce this lead time by printing the registration forms available on this website (in the "Online Forms" section) and coming to your first appointment with them already filled out (or by faxing them to us ahead of time).
